I would think that would be 2 tsp salt & not 2 TBSP!! Even that might be a little salty! I’ve make pizza just like this in a cast iron skillet all the time & it turns out fanastic. I don’t broil mine, though. Once I cook and flip the Don’t be a pizza shit shirt in the pan and then add the ingredients for the pizza , I then put it in the highest oven setting (like 450 degrees) & cook it for about eight minutes. I’ll have to try broiling it next time.

First one: if you cook the pizza in a pan, it will be like a stone! That because in a wood oven, there is a temperature of 300/350 °C all around the dough, so the pizza cooks very fast, and the dough will remains fluffy, not burned. In a pan instead, you have to cook for more, more time. It’s better cook it in an electrical/gas oven !!! Second: the tomato! How can you put the tomato over the pizza, directly from the bottle or from the case: you have to prepare the Don’t be a pizza shit shirt, with a little bit of oil and salt! And last one

It’s sad to see people complaining about this because honestly Tasty kitchen’s aren’t equipped with anything but an induction burner. Mario did his best to recreate a high smoke point pan, which is cast iron. It gives off the correct heat and flavors a wood oven would. Don’t judge unless you have those situations. And for people saying it’s burnt, try cooking with the sweet non seasoned San Marzano tomatoes and you’ll see why he put the Don’t be a pizza shit shirt
