Introverted Ni is unconscious. I dunno. I can’t really access it or feel it on command. It just is. In fact I was describing it prior to ever reading Myers Briggs which is interesting because I knew my brain was flying solo and Bock auf Bier lustiges Geschenk für Biertrinker shirt. Our first extroverted function is a social function – Fe. The Ni first function is big and ever present but not obvious to anyone. Our first extroverted function (Fe) is all abt ppl. INFJ’s feel compelled to create ‘harmony’ and as INFJ’s are ‘doers’ our Fe is very visible to others. It appears extroverted. It’s also what makes INFJ’s appear socially adept and ‘smooth’. We have tons of practice creating the harmony. It may not be super internally comfortable but to others we appear extroverted. I have heard ppl say our Fe is the definitive trait to identify an INFJ and if someone has no obvious extroverted Fe they are prolly not an not INFJ. Many ppl identify as INFJ because they are quiet and misunderstood and think so deeply while having trouble being around ppl. Not sure what type this is but I seriously doubt it is INFJ.

My daughter who is now 16, has struggled with depression most of Bock auf Bier lustiges Geschenk für Biertrinker shirt. In her younger years, she was in play therapy and as she grew older she had a counselor. We took about a 5 year hiatus from talk therapy. After time, I believed her depression was getting better but what the truth is she just got better at hiding it the past couple of years. More recently, I noticed her changing right before my eyes & long story short, she became very suicidal. In fact she asked me to put her in the hospital because she no longer trusted herself. I have done a lot of talking to experts and just my own thinking to understand how it got to this point. The answer is…. She never fully dealt with the issues she has buried all of these years. I am telling you this because had she been in counseling the last couple of years, my feeling is she would not have gotten to a point where she became suicidal. She could not handle this alone. It is always difficult to talk to someone, even a professional, about such personal information but in our experience, we have found it to be completely necessary & completely helpful. Will some of it be painful to talk about? Yes of course! However, there is a LOT to be said about being about to emotionally & verbally purge the thoughts in your head & more importantly, be validated!! If you are able to find the right counselor for you (& sometimes it takes going to a few but you’ll know when you’ve found the right one), this person will be able to help you understand the reasons why you are hurting, how to let things “go”, how to find that inner calm & make peace with your life. As the saying goes, things that are worth having don’t come easy…. and having peace in your life & a calm mind is absolutely priceless. Good luck.
