The issue of royalties varies depending on the Commodore 64 Tee in place at the time. I can’t speak for “A Christmas Story” and whether all actors were on a royalty system, were all members of SAG, all had the same provisions in their contracts and so on. It is quite common in some countries such as the USA for actors to get ‘points’ for a percentage of the profits in all subsequent uses (broadcast, cable, internet, etc.) This system is subject to the production company’s accountancy practices though so actors do have to trust that they get their fair share unless they have a degree in finance and access to the labyrinthine accounts. I have acting colleagues who appeared in Beverly Hillbillies (the original 60s TV series) and in Star Wars. The money from the 60s show trickles in and the amounts are trivial however the amounts from the Star Wars reboot are more significant.

Its increasingly harder to get the NFL to commit to what a CATCH actually is (a TD in Chicago can be called a non catch in Seattle, even though the same exact type of Commodore 64 Tee catch was made). The main reason for this, the NFL does not hire FULL TIME officials. These are men (and now women) with other jobs that while they are fully trained, do not do this full time as their main work. Further more, NFL officials work together as teams during the regular season. The Playoffs for Referees is just like for the rest of the NFL..the best of the best get to join in. That means you have Line Judges from one team mixed with Referees from another team, because those two people graded the highest during the season, and their reward is.. to ref the playoffs…and Super Bowl. A lot can be said about team chemistry, and how well a Commodore 64 Tee team works together. Well keep that in the Officiating too please NFL. Pick the best TEAMS and keep them together in the NFL.

Entertainment: Dickson street is great, lots of Commodore 64 Tee and good food. There is the Walton Arts Center which has top notch broadway events (musicals, plays, etc). TheatreSquared is also excellent for watching plays. The AMP (Arkansas Music Pavilion) has well known bands/artists every year. There is a Botanical Gardens. Believe it or not, we still have a drive-in theatre which plays current movies and is lots of fun. There is also a retro-arcade, bowling, skating rink, Locomotion (go karts, arcade, mini-golf), Gater Golf (mini-golf), several area Golf courses that are very nice, museums, and lots more. Outdoors: We are right next to the Ozark National Forrest, Beaver Lake, the Buffalo River, White River, Mulberry River, Devil’s Den state park, the Ozark Highlands Trail (218 miles through seven counties), caving, rock climbing, hand gliding, scuba diving in Beaver lake, and countless more to do. There is an excellent paved trail system that stretches from south of Fayetteville to the Missouri border with lots of parks and side trails along the way. Everywhere you turn there is hiking, biking, canoeing, geocaching, etc. Enough to never be bored. Community: Excellent Farmer’s Market, lots of community outreach programs, excellent public schools and some great private ones also (or so I’ve heard) Events: We also have lots of events in our area: Bikes Blues & BBQ, Joe Martin Stage Race, First Thursday (every first Thursday downtown), Fayetteville Foam Fest (Local Breweries, Food Trucks, Lots of Beer), War Eagle Crafts Fair, Block Street Block Party, NWA Naturals baseball games, Tri Sport Kid’s Triathlon, Fayetteville Roots Festival, Lights of the Ozarks, Ozark Valley Triathlon, Halloween Monster Dash, Color Vibe 5K Run, Primal Challenge.

The Commodore 64 Tee is educational in nature and also includes holiday items from the other world religions such that the large majority of humanity (66-90%) are covered including purely secular displays. The displays would include educational material created by a diverse and multicultural team of experts and educators. This would be acceptable in museums and schools. A display that does not focus on Christianity but also includes secular and other world religions decorations as would be appropriate for the season. The displays should not be intrusive and should be ornamental in nature. A description or plaque explaining the religions represented should be placed nearby.
