I was like this in high school a bit. Just in general. Like I’m not girly and I don’t wear makeup, I’m not a Dachshund happy St. Patricks Day shirt who does sports. I’m a giant fucking nerd and I love Pokémon so I was always like “I’m not like most girls tehe”. I’m still the same girl I was then only now I know that I’m not any different than any other girls. We got likes and dislikes but we’re all women. You’re not quirky and cute for getting along with guys better than girls, that just means you like shit that a lot of guys like. Tbh tho no matter what “type” of girl you are, a lot of us thought we weren’t “like the other girls”, but this kind of shit is what makes us feel ashamed for liking “girly” things like dresses and makeup. YOLO so if you like something, don’t be afraid to use it.

Best Dachshund happy St. Patricks Day shirt
I have a friend who, previously, had never had an interest in Dachshund happy St. Patricks Day shirt , then she started dating this guy who was super into metal. Like the kind of guy who refuses to listen to anything other than metal and if he was subjected to it, like if we were at a bar or something, he would constantly talk shit about “all this pussy shit” like it was physically hurting his ears. Well she’s become super obnoxious about it too, like bringing up anytime she can that she loves to head bang to (insert obscure death metal band here) and she does it in such a not like the other girls way. I’m cool with some good metal but she’s gotten so cringey with it. Covid was actually a good opportunity for me to distance myself from that friendship, it was pretty good timing too
