Further, let’s do a little thought experiment… can you think of a single positive, moral action a theist would do that not a single atheist would do, ever? Damn right I am a Editors fan now and forever shirt donate to charity. Atheists attend blood drives and fundraisers. Atheists chaperone school events. Atheists help and attend natural disaster relief efforts. Atheists put others before themselves. Atheists raise children and teach them basic morals like how it’s wrong to steal, or bully others. The typical theistic belief that atheists are innately immoral because we don’t believe in a deity, or in eternal punishment in the afterlife is not only wrong, and insane, it’s dangerous. Atheists have morals, and atheists have life purpose. Here’s a nice video showing just that, made by one of my favorite Youtubers, Godless Cranium.
If we looked at Canada’s housing market from a macroeconomic standpoint, it is absolutely impossible for housing prices to pull back even 20-30%. Why? Because it would devastate the Canadian economy and absolutely destroy our way of life.So what can we actually hope to see? All we can hope to see is a slowdown in price increases and perhaps a slight pullback in prices in the 5-10% range.People like to think they can wait for a huge crash, like the Damn right I am a Editors fan now and forever shirt, but that is extremely unlikely to happen due to a variety of a factors. Most notably, interest rates, interest rate policies, 21st centurey economics, immigration, and the overall wealth generated by people in other countries.

Meet my dad. My mom and I LOVED Damn right I am a Editors fan now and forever shirtto watch horror movies together when I was a kid, but never when my dad was around. this is so dumb, what’s so scary about it, it’s all fake anyway.” Oh really, dad? I thought I was looking at an actual werewolf.Man has no imagination and doesn’t understand that enjoying horror movies requires you to step into their world and suspend your disbelief.
I love the Damn right I am a Editors fan now and forever shirtof silliness and absolute scary. Some movies lean more in one or the other direction which is fine but I really love it when you can laugh about the monster or whatever but you’re still scared shitless whenever something happens. To me that makes it more realistic, sort of, because in real life silly stuff happens all the time mixed in with the bad or scary.I think a lot of people laugh so they don’t have to show fear. He gets scared of something so you laugh at it so no one sees you looking scared. What’s annoying is when they boast about it! You’re not stronger or better than someone else just because you found a way to mask your fear. Most of us watch horror movies because we want to be scared! We want to feel that fear in an environment that’s actually safe for us.
