I cut his nails at home because it’s safer to have him laying down than to put undue pressure on his hip not to mention he’s far less anxious at home. I even made him an orthopedic bed out of a high quality twin sized foam piece so that his hip was properly supported with true human grade memory foam.

Taxes on people buying houses without living in them, taxes on house flipping.
