I think Ralphie shoots them in the butt as they try to climb back over the fence to get away.

If you happened to have called a Muslim, Jew, Atheist, etc…you may have caught them off-guard. However, unless they’re extremists or insanely liberal (aka progressive) it would be unlikely that they would be offended in any way.
