Your mom is nice than my mom. Haha the day we came home and started questioning her about Santa she said “Well, if you dont believe in Santa then Santa won’t give you any gifts.” Meaning if we kept believing in Santa we would get more gifts. Even in my 20’s I “still believe”, mostly just for the laugh of The Office 2005 2013 Thank You For The Memories Signature shirt. Personally, I’ll definitely do what your mom did for you for my daughters (gifts from different fictional characters). I think it’s more about the fantasy of it and the magic and wonder it brings to kids. I loved waking up on Christmas morning to see what Santa brought, or even just from what might have happened during the night. A few years my parents/mom dis some cool cool stuff. One year my Dad left ashy boot prints by the fire place, another year my mom left a ripped wrapping paper trail all the way to the tree with a ripped open Grinch puzzle (from the Grinch). If my daughters ask I’ll let them tell me what they believe, but I’ll still try to bring that magicalness into their childhood regardless of whether they believe or not.

According to my mother I asked if Santa really brought the The Office 2005 2013 Thank You For The Memories Signature shirt when I was about 5 and she always went for “well the parents DO help him a lot. wink” and it seems I got it from then on. As far as I know all.my friends and cousins found out around the age of 6 too. BUT I then went to work as an aupair in Ireland. 3 kids .7, 9 and 12. I asked the oldest if the youngest still believed in Santa and she went “yes of course, so does the middle one and do did I until.last Christmas ” only to continue that her mom told her that Santa USED to be real, bringing presents to all kids in the world but a hundert yeats ago. I didn’t know what to say so I just agreed. She said her friend who was 14 at the time still.believed in Santa. And the 12 year old and the mom did actually use it in just that way : be good , even when I don’t see it, Santa knows and won’t bring you presents. Or even “be good or I’ll tell Santa ” Seems kinda crazy to me.
